Shipping Policy

At BeyondBelief Coutures, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our processing times, shipping rates, and conditions.

1. Processing Time & Production

To ensure the high quality of our products, we have specific processing times depending on the items you order:

• Standard Collection: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

• #BB1 Collection: Items from our #BB1 collection require extra care and craftsmanship. Please allow a production time of 1 to 5 business days for these items to be created. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately.

You will receive a shipping confirmation (including a track & trace code) as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for all our orders.

• The Netherlands (Domestic):

  • Orders above €45.00: Free shipping.

  • Orders below €45.00: A standard flat shipping rate applies.

• International / Worldwide:

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note: It is not possible to pick up orders in person at our location.

3. International Shipping & Customs

For customers living outside the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

• These charges are not included in our shipping price.

• All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• BeyondBelief Coutures has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Damages, Lost Packages & Returns
